Our Business

BFC was started over 15 years ago. George Koeninger was and remains Principle. He believed that there was a better way to produce product and manage companies.

 He recently to enabled a company to produce one of 1.5 million SKUs  and deliver a very high quality product to a very discriminating customer base in 18 production hours with no work in process or finished goods inventory. This company maintained a high level of profitability.
